Guaranteed Satisfaction:
If you have tried a product and it is defective or does not perform satisfactorily, we will provide a credit, exchange, or refund...it's your choice. Some items may be substituted due to discontinuation by the manufacturer.

Bill Your Order To Your Open Account

  1. Open accounts are welcome and may be established following review of a completed credit application.
  2. Open account invoices are payable within 30 days from date of invoice. (Past due balances are subject to a finance charge. Payable by check or C.O.D., VISA, MasterCard, American Express, or Discover.
  3. There is no minimum order at Tech Optics International.
  4. All orders are payable in U.S. dollars.
  5. Returned checks are subject to a $35 charge.

 

Special Order Items, Custom & Prescription Eyeglasses
If you need a product that we do not stock, we will order it for you. These orders are
subject to a nominal handling charge and are non-returnable.

 

Institutional, Government & Corporate Accounts
Terms of Sale follow the same guidelines unless denoted differently in a contract. Some
offers and promotions outlined in this catalog may not pertain. Requests for bids and

Return Policy
Merchandise & Equipment
To arrange for a return, simply call our customer service department for a Return
Authorization # (RA#).

The following conditions must be complied with:

  • All products must be returned in their original container or package, in a clean and salable condition.
  • A copy of your invoice and a description of the problem must accompany all returns.
  • Returned products must have been purchased within the previous Sixty (60) days.

Please note these exceptions:

  • Special Order Items, Custom & Prescription Eyeglasses: Products that we do not ordinarily stock are not returnable.
  • Due to state food, health, and safety laws, Tech Optics International cannot accept returns on items used on the body, for food preparation, or for medicine preparation.
  • Shortages or errors in shipments must be reported within 7 days of invoice date to issue credit (if applicable).

Shipping
Tech Optics International ships its products via UPS and offers UPS Ground, UPS 2nd Day, UPS Next Day Services, UPS International and USPS. Insurance is included in the shipping cost. We will drop ship to your patient at no additional fee.

Shipping rates applies to the contiguous US only. Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and US Virgin Islands require UPS 2nd Day Air. UPS does offer a separate ground service for Puerto Rico; please inquire with Customer Service. Tech Optics International cannot accept a PO Box for a delivery address, so please use a valid street address for the shipping destination.

Special freight is added to certain products because of their size and weight. This charge will be added to the shipping cost of the service you select.

Shipping rates are based on weight, size and location. Below are estimated rates based on estimated order total.

  • $24.99 or less - $6.95
  • $25.00 - $49.99 - $7.95
  • $50.00 - $99.99 - $9.95
  • $100.00 - $199.99 - $13.50
  • $200.00 - $300.00 - $17.95

Warranty
All merchandise guaranteed free from manufacturer's defect. Tech Optics International honors manufacturers. They do not cover breakage or damage to the product resulting from customer abuse.

Customer Information
When an order is submitted, an email confirmation is automatically sent confirming that Tech Optics International has received the order. Processing of the order begins by the next business day (Monday through Friday). Processing an order requires checking inventory, pulling stock, and packaging, labeling and shipping. Processing may vary depending on the size and type of order.

Although some orders are processed the same day they are received, most are processed within 24 hours of receipt. When processing is completed, the customer account is charged and the order is in the delivery stage. Normal UPS delivery is usually 3-5 business days (Monday-Friday only), depending on destination.

Privacy Policy

We will never release your name, street address, telephone number or e-mail address without your consent. We use the information we collect about you to process orders and to provide a more personalized shopping experience.
